Create Your Life. Create Your Art.
Within the ART OF TRANSFORMATION, I offer two individual one-to-one pathways:
As a Gestalt therapy practitioner, I hold spaces rooted in dialogue and embodied experimentation, where you can pause, feel, and explore what is alive in you.
As a visual artist, I accompany you in discovering and developing your unique artistic voice, supporting you in creating work that is both authentic and professionally grounded.
Whether you are navigating personal questions or seeking a more authentic creative expression, both approaches invite you back to yourself.
If it feels aligned for you, the two can be interwoven.
Two approaches one shared intention: reconnecting you with yourself and support meaningful transformation
Artistic guidance is a space to develop your creative voice through experience rather than instruction.
Instead of following fixed methods or external expectations, you are invited to explore your own way of creating through intuition, experimentation, and attention to what feels true to you.
By staying close to your creative process, your artistic language begins to emerge naturally. What once felt blocked can open, and your work can take shape in a way that is both authentic and grounded.
Awaken the artist you are!
Whether you feel drawn to Gestalt therapy, artistic guidance, or a combination of both, everything begins with a first conversation.

I offer a relational, grounded space where you are met just as you are.
For me, Art and Gestalt therapy are deeply interwoven, each quietly nourishing the other. The distinction between my two offers simply helps to clarify where we place our attention.
If you come with questions about your life, our work will be rooted in Gestalt therapy. If you come as a visual artist, we stay closer to your creative process and artistic expression.
In both, we follow what is alive, ently opening new ways to sense, to express, and to transform.
What I call the ART of TRANSFORMATION is the practice of meeting yourself in the present moment.
From there, your life and your art unfold in alignment with who you are.
Over the years, I have developed a strong focus on:
• Wet felting
• Free-motion embroidery on felt
• Mark-making on felt, fabric, and paper
At the same time, I see myself less as a felt maker and more as a mixed media fiber artist. I enjoy combining techniques and exploring different materials, allowing them to interact and transform.
My work also includes:
• Papermaking
• Silk painting
• Enamel on copper
• Collage
• Digital drawing
• Leporello (artist books)
All of these approaches can naturally find their way into my artistic guidance sessions, depending on your interests, your process, and what wants to emerge in your work.
Most of my clients are feltmakers of all levels: from beginners to experienced and professional artists. Some come to learn the foundations of feltmaking, others to deepen and expand their techniques. More advanced practitioners are often interested in my mixed media approach, exploring ways to enrich and transform the felted surface.
My one-to-one artistic guidance sessions allow us to create a learning path that truly fits you—based on your experience, your skills, and your creative desires. Together, we connect with and bring forward the unique expression that lives in you
• Wet felting—from foundational techniques to more advanced explorations
• Free-motion embroidery—unlocking expressive stitching
• Mixed media approaches—integrating a variety of materials and creative tools
• Explore shape, texture, and color as expressions of your inner world
• Create a safe, playful space to experiment, take risks, and grow
• Develop your personal vision and artistic language
Whether you are just beginning or refining your artistic identity, these sessions support you in gaining confidence, deepening your expressiveness, and grounding your voice as an artist.
