INSPIRE - a dream goes live
For years I had a dream to create an ARTventureland for grown-ups with the name INSPIRE. This year I finally found the courage to make it happen. On March 9th, 2025, I launched the first INSPIRE session and welcomed 20 women from all around the world to dive into creative playfulness.
INSPIRE is meant to boost your creativity! And creativity is a source of well-being and happiness!
INSPIRE #1: women’s superpowers, doodles and symbols
Assignment: Write about woman's superpowers
As the launch of the first gathering was just the day after International Women's Day and because I believe we should make every day a women's day, I invited the attendees to a soul-writing exercise about women's super powers. The image below shows the assignment given in three languages.
The assignment for the soul-writing exercise was given in English, German, and French.
In 15 minutes of intuitive writing, many beautiful words came up, and the range of superpowers was amazing! Those who liked to share their writing were able to read theirs, and beautiful thoughts have touched our hearts and souls. What a gift!
We women have so many superpowers! It's EMPOWERING!
Doodling
Assignment: transform a word or words into drawings or symbols
While some read their text to us, all others were invited to doodle a word or several and transform it into a drawing or even a symbol.
To give you an idea of what the doodled words could look like, below is the one I did right after the session, filled with the beautiful energy arising from the several beautiful texts shared.
Yes, I noticed that I wrote women instead of woman, but mistakes make art more vibrant :)!
What if drawing and painting are as easy or as difficult as writing?
I chose this exercise for our first session because many people believe that they have no talent for drawing or painting. However, most of us admit that we know how to write. Writing doesn't seem hard or special anymore because we have learned it, integrated it. We have forgotten how much effort we put into it!
I am defending that it is exactly the same for drawing and painting! As well as for all other superpowers, we just need willingness and to allow ourselves time to learn. With regular practice, everything is possible!
In the end, everything is just a question of showing up!
This is why I hope you will show up for our next INSPIRE session on April 7th or for another one. If you show up, I am able to raise my superpower and do what I feel called to: INSPIRE and connect!
